Summary
This study is testing a new AI-powered tool called IntelliWell. It aims to find rare, usable sperm in testicular tissue samples from men with a severe form of infertility where no sperm is found in semen. If the AI successfully finds sperm that standard lab methods missed, those sperm could be used in IVF to try to achieve a pregnancy.
