First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study compares two versions of a remote behavioral therapy for teens and young adults (ages 14-24) who came to the ER for a violent injury. One version is standard; the other uses artificial intelligence to adapt the therapy in real time. The goal is to see which approach better reduces future violence, substance use, and criminal behavior. About 584 participants will be followed for 12 months.
