Summary

This study is testing whether an AI-powered conversational agent can deliver a proven therapy (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help older adults with HIV manage suicidal thoughts and emotions. About 50 people aged 50 and older who are at risk for suicide will try the program. The goal is to see if this approach is practical, easy to use, and helps people feel more in control of their emotions.
