Your Phone's camera could help you quit smoking for good
NCT ID NCT07089901
Summary
This study aims to understand how a person's everyday surroundings can trigger a return to smoking after quitting. Researchers will recruit 500 adults who want to quit and ask them to take photos of their environment with their smartphones for two weeks. Using artificial intelligence, the team will analyze these images to identify visual patterns or 'enviromarkers' linked to a higher risk of relapse, with the goal of developing better support for quitting.
