First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using artificial intelligence to simplify written medical information helps parents understand their child's bone condition better. Researchers will give 80 parents either the original or an AI-simplified version of a patient handout, then test their understanding with a short quiz. The goal is to see if AI can improve health literacy and make complex medical topics clearer for families.
