Summary

This study tests a new AI system that automatically adjusts electrical stimulation to the spinal cord in real time while people walk. The goal is to improve muscle activation and walking ability in people with incomplete spinal cord injury. The study will compare this smart stimulation to standard fixed stimulation in 7 participants. It is an early feasibility trial, not a cure, and focuses on easing symptoms and improving movement.
