Smartphone app helps cancer patients regain movement and quality of life
NCT ID NCT06785051
Summary
This study is testing whether AI-guided physical therapy can help oral cancer patients maintain better movement and quality of life during treatment. One hundred newly diagnosed patients will either use a smartphone app that guides their jaw, neck, and shoulder exercises or receive standard care. Researchers will measure improvements in mouth opening, shoulder function, walking ability, and overall well-being over three months.
