Can AI voiceovers make music more calming? study tests new approach for stressed students
NCT ID NCT07359950
Summary
This study tested whether adding verbal guidance to relaxing music could help reduce anxiety in university students. Researchers compared three approaches: music with AI-generated guidance using Eastern imagery, music with standard relaxation guidance, and music alone. They measured anxiety, emotions, and heart rate in 123 young adults before and after a single 30-minute session to see which method worked best.
