AI text messages aim to get diabetes patients moving
NCT ID NCT07225283
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether an 8-week program of text messages from an AI can help adults with type 2 diabetes become more physically active and feel better. The program involves setting weekly activity goals and doing well-being exercises. Researchers will check if the program is easy to use and acceptable, and see if it shows early signs of helping people move more and improve their mood.
