Summary
This study tested whether artificial intelligence (AI) can improve mammography screening for breast cancer. Over 100,000 women took part. The goal was to see if AI could help radiologists find cancers more accurately and reduce false alarms compared to the standard method of two radiologists reading each mammogram.
