Summary
This study is building an artificial intelligence (AI) system that uses PET/CT scans and patient information to identify different types of lung cancer. The goal is to help doctors tell small cell from non-small cell lung cancer and further classify subtypes without needing a biopsy. About 5,500 adults with newly diagnosed lung cancer will take part, but the study does not test any new treatment.
