Summary
This study tested a new AI system called X Life that gives personalized lifestyle advice to people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes. The system uses data from continuous glucose monitors and activity trackers to offer tailored health tips. Twenty participants used the system to see if it was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to understand what people like and dislike about the technology, and to see if it might help improve diabetes self-care.
