Will doctors trust a Robot's baby scan?
NCT ID NCT07401368
Summary
This study aims to understand if and how doctors trust artificial intelligence (AI) when it estimates a baby's size from pregnancy ultrasound scans. Over 300 obstetric clinicians will review sample scan cases, comparing AI estimates to traditional methods. Researchers will see if showing the AI's own confidence level changes which method doctors prefer and the decisions they make.
