AI heart check: can your phone spot a hidden stroke risk?
NCT ID NCT07468123
Summary
This study is testing whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can use simple, at-home heart tests to find people who are more likely to have an undiagnosed irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation (AF). Researchers will mail a small heart monitor to 200 participants to see if the AI's risk predictions are accurate. They also want to know if people find this type of home screening easy and helpful.
