AI heart check aims to catch silent valve disease

NCT ID NCT06749145

Summary

This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) can help doctors find a serious heart valve condition called aortic stenosis earlier. Researchers will use portable heart tests (EKG and ultrasound) on 410 adults aged 70 and older during routine doctor visits. The goal is to see if the AI can accurately identify people who have the condition and need further care.
