First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether an artificial intelligence app called 'Smart Nurse' could improve the eating, exercise, and sleep habits of high school students aged 14 to 18. About 146 teens used the app daily for 12 weeks, logging meals, activity, and sleep, and received personalized health tips. Researchers compared them to teens who did not use the app to see if the app led to healthier behaviors and lower body measurements.
