Summary
This study tested a new phone-based program called GODART that uses artificial intelligence and game-like rewards to help people with type 2 diabetes manage their condition. It was designed specifically for rural areas where access to regular healthcare coaching can be limited. The pilot involved 88 adults to see if the program was practical to use and could help lower blood sugar levels over six months.
