Summary
This study aims to create a smart computer program (AI) to help doctors better diagnose sarcopenia, which is age-related muscle loss. Researchers will also test how a specific rehabilitation training program affects muscle strength and aging in 75 older adults who have or are at risk for this condition. The goal is to improve detection and create personalized rehab plans.
