First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study compares how well radiologists find lung nodules and early lung cancer on chest X-rays with and without the help of an artificial intelligence (AI) tool. It includes adults over 35 getting routine chest X-rays, but excludes those already known to have lung cancer. The goal is to see if AI can improve detection rates and lead to earlier diagnosis, without changing standard patient care.
