First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing whether artificial intelligence can help doctors find and describe lung nodules on CT scans. Lung cancer is often caught late, but early detection can greatly improve survival. The AI will learn from 329 adults with lung nodules to automatically recognize them and write clear reports. The goal is to make diagnosis faster and reduce the need for invasive biopsies.
