AI could make Alzheimer's scans safer and faster

NCT ID NCT07309107

Summary

This study is testing a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to improve brain scans used to diagnose Alzheimer's disease. The goal is to see if the AI can maintain scan quality even when using a lower radiation dose or a shorter scan time. This could make the diagnostic process safer, more comfortable, and more cost-effective for patients.
