Summary
This study tests whether AI-powered fitness trackers and smartphone apps can help older adults (65+) who live alone and have mild memory problems become more physically active. Researchers will track activity levels and well-being over six months in 64 participants. The goal is to find the best combination of technology features to encourage exercise and improve health.
