NCT ID NCT07207993
Summary
This study aims to see if personalized fitness programs delivered through a smartphone app and a Fitbit can help older adults who live alone and have mild memory problems become more physically active. Researchers will test different features of the app to find the best combination for encouraging exercise and improving health over six months. The goal is to develop a better program for a larger future study.
