Summary

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can help doctors spot calcium buildup in the heart arteries from chest CT scans done for other reasons. The goal is to start or increase cholesterol-lowering medicine in people aged 40–75 who have no prior heart disease or cancer. The trial will enroll 1,500 participants and track whether preventive treatment improves over 6 to 12 months.
