Summary
This study is developing new artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help doctors make better, safer decisions for patients with heart disease, breast cancer, or sepsis. The goal is to make AI recommendations clear and trustworthy for doctors, not just a black box. The research will use data from up to 300,000 patients treated at Penn Medicine hospitals since 2017.
