AI vs. Doctor's eye: the battle to spot hidden colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a computer system (AI) can help doctors spot more dangerous growths during a routine colonoscopy. About 600 people getting a screening colonoscopy will be randomly assigned to have it done with or without the AI assistant. The main goal is to see if using the AI leads to fewer patients having advanced, risky polyps found three years later, which could mean better long-term cancer prevention.
