Summary

This study tested whether a water exercise program called Ai Chi could help overhead athletes with poor shoulder blade movement. Researchers measured how well specific shoulder muscles worked in 21 athletes after doing these exercises. The goal was to see if training in water could improve muscle coordination and potentially reduce injury risk.
