Summary
This study aims to see if using an AI chatbot (like ChatGPT) as a supplement to regular therapy can help people feel better. It will enroll 204 adults in the US who are already seeing a therapist for anxiety or depression. Participants will use the chatbot for four weeks, and researchers will measure changes in their anxiety and depression symptoms.
