Summary
This study tests whether a conversational AI system called Fudan Tinnitus Doctor can help adults with chronic tinnitus. Participants will use either the AI or a standard digital education program for 30 days. The goal is to see if the AI reduces tinnitus severity, improves sleep, and eases anxiety or depression.
