Summary
This study tested whether an AI-powered chatbot could help people with chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). 172 adults used either the chatbot for daily therapy sessions or read educational materials for 30 days. The goal was to see if the chatbot could reduce tinnitus severity and improve sleep and mood.
