Summary
This study tests a new AI chatbot that gives personalized health information to people with thyroid cancer before and after surgery. Researchers want to see if using the chatbot helps patients feel more ready to go home and recover better compared to standard education. About 150 adults having thyroid cancer surgery will take part, with some using the chatbot and others getting usual care.
