AI chatbot aims to ease financial burden for rural cancer families

Summary
This study is testing a new AI chatbot tool designed to help cancer patients and their caregivers, especially those living in rural areas, manage the high costs of care. About 60 participants will try one of two chatbot versions to get information on insurance, travel expenses, and other financial topics. The goal is to see if the chatbot is helpful, easy to use, and can reduce financial worry and stress.
