This study tests whether watching a short, AI-generated relaxing video can help first-time mothers feel more confident and motivated to breastfeed. The video uses calming, abstract images and soft sounds to promote relaxation. Researchers will compare breastfeeding success in 46 new mothers who watch the video versus those who receive standard care only.
