AI steps in: new system aims to spot brain tumors more accurately, reduce risky biopsies
NCT ID NCT07198256
Summary
This study is developing an artificial intelligence (AI) system to help doctors analyze MRI scans and identify different types of malignant brain tumors. It will use data from 3000 adults with confirmed brain tumors to train the AI. The goal is to create a tool that makes non-invasive diagnosis more accurate, which could help some patients avoid the need for a surgical biopsy.
