Summary
This study tests if an AI avatar-led mental health program can help employees with depression. About 50-80 UK adults will either use the program right away or wait. They will fill out questionnaires on mood, anxiety, and work performance. The goal is to see if this self-guided tool improves symptoms and is safe for the workplace.
