First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can help pathologists diagnose stomach cancer more accurately and quickly. About 1000 people with stomach biopsies or surgery will have their tissue slides read both with and without AI assistance. The goal is to see if AI improves diagnosis, especially for less experienced doctors.
