Summary
This study is testing a new AI tool that creates patient-friendly summaries of radiology reports for people with cancer. The goal is to see if these easy-to-read summaries help patients better understand their scan results and reduce the number of questions doctors receive. About 2,000 adult cancer patients at UW Health will participate by completing surveys before and after the tool is introduced.
