Can a game on your phone fix your diet? UC davis tests AI for Food-Insecure students
NCT ID NCT07108452
Summary
This study is testing whether a gamified phone app that uses AI can help young adults, especially those struggling to afford food, make healthier dietary choices. About 114 UC Davis students will use either the full app or a basic version for six weeks to track their eating. The main goal is to see if people find the app easy and enjoyable to use, and if using it leads to a better diet.
