Can a phone chatbot ease the mental burden of cancer?

Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app with an AI chatbot can help improve the well-being of people undergoing cancer treatment. Sixty participants receiving psychotherapy will be randomly assigned to either use the app alongside their usual therapy or receive therapy alone. Researchers will compare changes in quality of life, anxiety, and depression between the two groups over time.
