Summary
This study tests a new device that fixes a severe leaky heart valve (mitral regurgitation) without open-heart surgery. It is for 30 people who are too high-risk for traditional surgery. The device is threaded through a vein in the leg to the heart, and the study will check if it is safe and works well over two years.
