Summary

This study tests a new drug, AHB-137, given as a shot under the skin. It first checks safety in healthy volunteers, then tests how well it works in people with chronic hepatitis B who are already on standard antiviral pills. The goal is to see if AHB-137 can lower or clear the hepatitis B virus. About 129 people took part.
