Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AHB-137 in healthy volunteers and people with chronic hepatitis B who are already on antiviral medication. The goal is to check if the drug is safe and shows early signs of controlling the virus. About 129 participants will receive either AHB-137 or a placebo injection.
