This study follows nearly 90,000 farmers, their spouses, and children in Iowa and North Carolina to see how pesticides and other farm exposures affect their health. Researchers track who develops cancer or other diseases over many years. The goal is to find out which chemicals or practices raise disease risks so they can be prevented in the future.
