Summary

This study tests whether a combination of medications and supplements can improve healthspan in adults aged 60-80. Thirty participants will be split into three groups: one taking a mix of B12, naltrexone, metformin, and NAD+; another adding rapamycin, GSH, and a supplement; and a control group. Over 90 days, researchers will measure changes in fitness, thinking ability, inflammation, and muscle mass.
