New VA study tests brain health program for aging veterans

Summary
This study is testing a 20-week program called AgeWISE-AP that teaches older veterans about brain health and helps them make a personal plan to stay sharp. Researchers want to see if the program improves physical activity, memory, mood, sleep, and overall well-being. About 128 veterans over age 60 who are worried about brain aging will take part.
