Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called AG-73305, given as an eye injection, in 25 adults with diabetic macular edema (DME), a condition that causes vision loss in people with diabetes. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can improve vision and reduce retinal swelling over 6 months. The results will help decide if larger studies are needed.
