Summary

This study follows 24 people who had a stroke and were recently diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AF), a heart rhythm problem. Researchers will monitor how AF changes over 24 months using heart monitors and blood tests. The goal is to better understand AF progression in stroke survivors, which could lead to improved treatments and stroke prevention.
