Major heart trial: can a procedure save lives better than pills?

Summary
This large international study aims to find out if a heart procedure called catheter ablation, combined with standard medications, works better than medications alone for people who have both atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and heart failure. It will enroll 1,200 participants to see if the procedure reduces unplanned hospital trips for heart failure, lowers the risk of death, and improves quality of life.
