Breathing in chemo: new hope for lung metastases?

Summary

This early-phase study tests a chemotherapy drug (gemcitabine) given as a mist to breathe in. It is for people whose solid tumors have spread to the lungs and who have no standard treatment options. The main goal is to find the safest dose and watch for side effects. Up to 44 participants will take part at MD Anderson.
