New scan could predict if prostate cancer treatment will work
NCT ID NCT04349501
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of MRI scan can predict how well treatment will work for men with high-risk prostate cancer. One hundred men who are scheduled to receive standard radiation and hormone therapy will get this advanced scan before, during, and after treatment. Researchers will check if changes seen on the scan can tell which patients are likely to have their cancer return within three years.
