Summary

This early-phase study tested a new treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The treatment combines specially grown immune cells (memory-like NK cells) with drugs that help the immune system attack cancer. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose, with 11 participants enrolled.
